11 September 2014
This year harvest began on the 9th of September with the gathering of the white grape varieties. Thanks to the good weather conditions experienced this year, the harvest is very promising, both in quality and in quantity. After making our selection of grapes, both directly on the vines and in the cellar, our first wine vat is already rich in taste. The sunny days preceding the weeks before harvest, and the “Mistral” (northern wind), have both contributed to the fast and early ripening of the grapes, yielding high-quality grapes. As for the red wine, the recent storms oblige us to proceed more carefully… We will probably harvest the red grapes later that we expected.
